Penis Genital Aftercare
PA/Ampallang/Apadravya
Cleaning Frequency:
Twice a Day
Soak the head of the penis in a glass container of hot salt water for 3-5 minutes twice a day, gently removing any dried matter from the jewellery & piercing holes with a cotton bud.
​P.A: Avoid oral sex for 8-12 weeks. Use a condom for 8-12 weeks.
Apadravya/Ampallang: Avoid oral sex for 6 months. Use a condom for 6 months.

Cleaning Frequency:
Twice a Day
Clean the piercing twice a day with hot salt water, using cotton buds to gently remove any dried matter from the jewellery & piercing holes.
Day 4 onwards
Clean as above, when all dried matter is removed move the ring through the piercing and clean again. Let the area air dry, then dip a clean cotton bud into the herbal tincture and apply this to the jewellery & piercing holes. Gently move the ring through the piercing to encourage the tincture in.
Avoid oral sex on the area for 6-8 weeks.
