Dermal Anchors Aftercare

Boil your kettle and add the required amount of salt to a bowl. Mix your boiled water into the bowl and allow the salt to dissolve. (1/4 teaspoon of sea salt to 1/4 pint of boiled water) Let this cool to as hot as you can bare it.

Take a cotton bud and wet it in the salt solution. Use this to clean off any dried matter around the disk and the skin. Do not soak the piercing.

Rinse the piercing with clean water and allow it to dry. Do this twice a day for a month.

When the piercing has healed:

Once a month take a shower, wet the piercing in the shower and use a clean cocktail stick to gently pick out any dried matter that has collected under the disk.
